Presentation At a breakfast meeting in the Kleiner Perkins offices in Menlo Park,John Doerr presented this document to about a dozen local Silicon Valley leaders. He shared how he learned about this planning methodology from Andy Grove at Intel, brought it to Larry Page at Google in the very early days at that company, and how Google uses this methodology every quarter since that time. Appnomic is implementing OKRs to achieve increased levels of employee alignment and engagement at the company. We recommend all our partners and customers consider the same.
