Alton founded and promoted the company to focus on providing practical & relevant IT Infrastructure Management solutions & services. Alton also founded Vitage Systems in 1993 which is a leading systems integration company operating in India. He has more than 25 yrs experience in the IT industry. Prior to setting up Vitage Systems, Alton was responsible for Mainframe sales for PSI-Bull in South India and for a brief period was managing software sales in US, Africa & Middle East for a leading software company. An Electrical Engineering graduate from Bangalore University, Alton has been instrumental in building the organization's capacity to deliver IT services globally. In addition to being a member on the board Alton, is operationally responsible for Compliance, Risk Management, Finance, and Facilities & Admin functions.

Promod has 18 years of experience in the venture capital industry and currently serves as managing partner at Norwest Venture Partners. He joined Norwest Venture Partners in 1990. He has been ranked as a top dealmaker on the annual Forbes Midas List for the past eight years, and in 2004, Forbes named him as the #1 venture capitalist based on performance over the last decade. In 2006, Promod was presented with a Global Leadership award from NASSCOM.

Shiv is responsible for the product implementation, support, remote service delivery and expert level skills. He has over 15 years of experience with Arab Banking Corp, PSI, Aztec and last with Infosys. He has strong experience in the area of Support, System Integration, network & operations management. Shiv headed Center of Excellence, member of IMS Executive Council & anchored competency practice development initiative for IMS, Infosys. His core expertise is in transition, project execution, COE, quality & competency development with global delivery exposure. He has an Electronics and communication engineering from Bangalore University.

Ravi heads product engineering and innovations group at Appnomic responsible for all platform engineering and development. Ravi has spent most of his 25+ years of experience working with products based startups and developing intellectual property. Prior to Appnomic, he worked as CTO at TradePortal.com, a Lake Forest, California based company for ten years developing online, real-time, multi-asset class trading platform, combining Order Management System (OMS) and Execution Management System (EMS) functionalities, that addressed multiple market segments including Retail Investing, Institutional Investing and Market making. Before joining TradePortal, he created OTLSoft, the software division of Octagon Technology Limited, a BSE listed company that provided outsourced product development services for various US and Europe based clients. His work experience includes long stints with Rebus Technology developing digital imaging products and PSI Data Systems developing banking, telecom & digital security products. He is the co-inventor of full-text search algorithm (Patent No.5,706,365) for searching mass textual databases under the invention title “System and Method for Portable Document Indexing using n-gram word decomposition”. Ravi has a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from University of Madras, Master’s degree in Computer Applications from University of Madras and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.

Pranav is responsible for defining and evolving our product portfolio, solution creation and developing the plans to take them to market. He has 15+ years of experience in the IT industry and has worked in India as well as US. Pranav has extensive experience in Infrastructure Management domain. He has worked at startups like Marimba, Vhayu, OnMobile, as well as larger firms like Infosys, BMC Software and Mphasis. He has developed and managed products, filed patents, lead technical marketing functions, run mergers & acquisitions at software product firms as well as IT services providers. Pranav holds a B. Tech from IIT Bombay.

Subbu is responsible for client acquisition & operations in India, Middle East & Africa. He has 22 years of sales experience, selling services and solutions to corporate and enterprise clients in India and Asia regions. Starting his sales career with the HCL group to setting up the Hitachi Data Systems business in India to growing the start-up business at Sanovi, Subbu has an excellent track record in forming strategies, executing and achieving short term revenue and long term organizational goals, handling operations and running teams of 10 to 150 people. Prior to joining Appnomic, he was President & CEO of Sanovi Technologies Ltd, a Software Product start-up focused in the IT Disaster Recovery space. Prior to that he was Managing Director of Hitachi Data Systems India Pvt Ltd, a storage solutions provider and a leader in storage technology. Subbu studied Marketing Management at Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and has a Bachelor of Commerce from Mithibhai College, Mumbai University.

As president of US Operations, Ray has responsibility for enhancing Appnomic's presence in North America. Ray brings twenty years of deep technology experience in the cloud computing sector, managed networks services, and data communications. Prior to joining Appnomic Systems, he was president of Buena Vista Business services, a California consultancy that provides interim executive leadership and management consulting services to technology companies. He also held C-level positions with OpSource, an Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) company recently acquired by Dimension Data – an NTT subsidiary with $4 billion in annual sales, and New Edge Networks, which was acquired by EarthLink, Inc. (NASDAQ: ELNK). Solnik has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Michigan and a master's degree in business administration (MBA) from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
