Board Of Directors
	Promod Haque, Managing Partner, NVP Promod has 18 years of experience in the venture capital industry and currently serves as managing partner at Norwest Venture Partners. He joined Norwest Venture Partners in 1990. He has been ranked as a top dealmaker on the annual Forbes Midas List for the past eight years, and in 2004, Forbes named him as the #1 venture capitalist based on performance over the last decade. In 2006, Promod was presented with a Global Leadership award from NASSCOM.
	Alton Viegas (Alton) Alton founded and promoted the company in 2004 to focus on providing IT Infrastructure Management services. Alton also founded Vitage Systems in 1993 which is a Systems integration company operating in South India. He has more than 25 yrs experience in the IT industry. Prior to setting up Vitage Systems, Alton was responsible for Mainframe sales for PSI-Bull in South India and for a brief period was managing software sales in US, Africa & Middle East for a leading software company. An Electrical Engineering graduate from Bangalore University, Alton has been instrumental in building the organization's capacity to deliver IT services globally. As a part of the Board of Directors of Appnomic Systems, Alton is actively involved in strategic planning and organizational growth. In addition to being a member on the board Alton, is operationally responsible for Asia, Middle East & Africa operations; Finance, and Facilities & Admin functions.
	D Padmanabhan (Paddy) MD & CEO As Managing Director & CEO of Appnomic, Paddy is  responsible for the complete operations of the Company.  He also directly oversees Strategic Initiatives of the company and Technology Development. Paddy has been involved in the IT industry for over 25 years with leading organizations like PSI-Bull and Infosys. At Infosys, Paddy lead the solution architecture team of Finacle - Core banking solution. He lead the team to rearchitect the product to a centralized browser based architecture and optimized the performance to set new benchmarks for scalability of core banking applications. Paddy is a graduate in Mathematics from Madras University.
Executive Team
	P Rangarajan(Ranga) COO - Europe & USA Ranga is responsible for driving business in Europe & USA markets. He is also responsible for new initiatives and handling the marketing operations for the company. He was a key member of the team that has built the Finacle product business at Infosys for about 10yrs delivering excellent performance & results. He has a successful 17 years of proven track record in sales & marketing in the IT industry, handling software products and solutions with Wipro and Infosys., A Management graduate from SP Jain Institute of Management, Mumbai and an Engineering graduate from BITS, Pilani he brings in a strong perspective of delivering value, focus and innovation to clients.
	R SivaKumar (Siva) Head - Technology & Development Siva is responsible for Technology & IP Development of the company. He has over 16 years of experience in the IT field and was a key member of the engineering and architecture team that developed the Finacle core banking solution at Infosys. Siva is an engineering graduate from Anna University and has an excellent understanding of the quality process and procedures and the need to balance it against individual creativity.
	Shivakumar P (Shiv) Head - Managed Services Shiv is responsible for the Technology Support Group, which provides consulting, project implementation and expert level skills. He has 15 years of experience with Arab Banking Corp, PSI, Aztec and last with Infosys. He has strong experience in the area of Support, system Integration, network & operations management. Shiv headed Center of Excellence, member of IMS Executive Council & anchored competency practice development initiative for IMS, Infosys. His core expertise is in transition, project execution, COE, quality & competency development with global delivery exposure. He has an Electronics and communication engineering from Bangalore university.
